Pierre looks for the vulnerable nature of things, made out of flaws, beauty and contradictions; the work thus aims to explore and oppose idealistic and more psychologically acute narratives, or encapsulate both. He has been working with NGOs and activists for the last 7 years, documenting their battles for a fair ecological transition. Around it, the Mobile Bay is going through a significant economical and industrial development facilitated by minimal environmental regulations and marine access, with chemical facilities setting up and threatening its community and the entire bay.
